A resident of Huntsville for over 55-years, Bob Labbe witnessed the history of Redstone Arsenal first hand as his father worked for the U.S. Army and NASA. Bob's more than 40-years of experience as an award winning journalist/broadcaster, writer, public speaker and master of ceremonies have made Bob one of the most recognized personalities in the Tennessee Valley.

A graduate of Athens State University, with a degree in Business Administration, Bob also completed studies at Elkins Institute of Broadcasting and the Columbia School of Broadcasting. He has successfully completed an array of education courses in marketing, public relations and broadcasting. He is a sought after master of ceremonies and guest speaker for his lighthearted, casual style and multi-faceted experiences.

Bob's most recent work was on Redstone Arsenal in the audio/visual department as general manager of Redstone's Command Channel 42. He is a freelance writer for the Huntsville Times, Madison Weekly News and numerous other publications, hosts a weekly radio program, "Reelin' In The Years", on W-L-R-H Public Radio, and is a longtime high school basketball referee. He has been a public spokesperson for numerous local businesses through his work in TV/radio commercials.

Bob worked as a TV sportscaster on Channel 31 for 15-years being and was named the most popular local TV sports personality numerous years running. His work in television presented him with numerous broadcasting awards both locally and regionally, while personally covering the biggest events and names in sports; from personal one-on-one time with football legend Bear Bryant to actually boxing Muhammad Ali.

Bob has taken his knowledge of personal appearances and media presentation to the classroom teaching CEOs of large corporations how to professionally present themselves in the media, as well as, at speaking engagements.

Bob's position in the community is unmatched as a local personality with his multi-layered talents in an array of venues.
